& Conditions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this document. Where the context requires, singular terms include the plural and vice versa.

By accessing the pd77 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree unconditionally to be bound by them.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. In practice, pd77 accounts are personal and non-transferable — shared or delegated account use is not permitted.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the following policies, each of which is incorporated by reference and forms part of the overall agreement between you and pd77:

• The Privacy Policy, which governs how pd77 collects, stores, and processes personal data.
• The Responsible Gaming Policy, which sets out the tools and procedures available to players who wish to manage or limit their gambling activity.
• Any specific bonus or promotion terms published at the time a promotional offer is made available.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific bonus or promotion document, the bonus or promotion terms will take precedence in relation to that specific offer only. In all other respects, these Terms & Conditions prevail.

pd77 operates as a strictly 18+ platform. Access to any real-money feature of the Platform — including account registration, deposits, game play, and withdrawal — is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. 18+

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party in respect of any activity on the Platform.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform via pd77's self-exclusion programme, or had an account closed by pd77 for breach of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a pd77 employee or contractor, unless explicit written consent has been granted by pd77 management.

pd77 conducts age and identity verification using National ID (NID) documentation at the point of registration and again before processing a player's first withdrawal. Where pd77 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. If verification confirms the player is underage, the account will be permanently closed and all deposited funds returned to their original source. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited.

To access real-money features on the pd77 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. Registration is free of charge and available to eligible players.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must not use a pseudonym, nickname, or fictitious identity at any point during the registration process or subsequently on your account profile.

One account per player: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active pd77 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If pd77 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual (by device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, NID, or any other identifying marker), all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus funds and winnings derived from the duplicate accounts will be voided, and the real-money balance from the primary account will be returned after deducting any misappropriated bonus value.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pd77 login credentials. pd77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account Security settings in your dashboard. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pd77 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs on your account while you are logged in — or while your credentials are being used by an unauthorised party as a result of your failure to keep them confidential — is your sole responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pd77 immediately by contacting our live chat support. pd77 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised activity during the investigation period.

Account verification: pd77 may request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a compliance review. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by pd77 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on the pd77 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pd77 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmation. Card deposits (Visa and Mastercard) may take slightly longer depending on your issuing bank's processing time. pd77 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which pd77 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our payments team and, subject to successful verification, are typically processed as follows:

• bKash / Nagad: Within 15 minutes of approval during operational hours.
• Rocket / Upay: Within 1 hour of approval during operational hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your pd77 account. pd77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. If your withdrawal is to a bKash or Nagad wallet, the wallet must be registered to your own mobile number and verified against your NID.

Anti-money laundering: pd77 applies anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in line with general international best practice for online gaming operators. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawal requests. pd77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of an AML review. Any attempt to use the pd77 platform to process proceeds of criminal activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.

pd77 offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and to any additional terms specified for each individual offer.

General bonus rules:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. pd77 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply only to eligible games as specified per promotion. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward satisfying the wagering requirement.
• pd77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In the event of a material mid-promotion change, players who have already claimed the offer will be notified.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, placing hedged bets to exploit bonus structures, or coordinating with other players to artificially generate wagering volume — will result in immediate forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

VIP programme: The pd77 VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond. VIP status is awarded based on cumulative wagering activity over a rolling assessment period. pd77 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, rewards structures, and programme benefits at any time. VIP rewards — including cashback, reload bonuses, and personal account manager access — are subject to individual offer terms communicated to qualifying players directly.

Seasonal promotions: pd77 may run time-limited promotional offers around major events in Bangladesh, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments such as the BPL and ICC T20 World Cup. These promotions will be governed by their own specific terms published at the time of the offer.

As a condition of your access to and use of the pd77 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to refrain from any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions. The following behaviours are expressly prohibited:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification process; impersonating another individual or using a stolen identity.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one pd77 account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with games on the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional competition hosted on the Platform.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting a technical error, glitch, or pricing mistake on the Platform to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and will be reversed from your balance.
• Abusive conduct: Using threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language toward pd77 support staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to pd77's systems, databases, or other players' accounts through hacking, phishing, or any other means.
• Third-party payment use: Depositing funds using a payment method registered to another individual, or requesting withdrawal to a third-party account.

pd77 employs a combination of automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, pd77 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void pending bets and bonus balances; withhold or reverse withdrawal requests; recover losses caused by the breach from any account balance; and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

Closure by the player: You may request closure of your pd77 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, pd77 will process any eligible real-money balance remaining in your account to your verified withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe. Any unused bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to close your account as part of a responsible gaming measure, pd77 offers a formal self-exclusion programme. Self-excluded accounts are closed for a minimum period of six months, during which pd77 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent you from creating a new account. Closure by pd77: pd77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity or payment method verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account holder is located in a Prohibited Territory.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.

Where an account is closed by pd77 due to confirmed breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account — including real-money funds — may be withheld in full or in part to offset losses or damages caused by the breach. pd77 will provide written notification of any balance adjustment and the reasons for it.

Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player fault, any verified real-money balance will be returned in full to the player's registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.

Intellectual property: All content on the pd77 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall platform design — is the intellectual property of pd77 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission from pd77.

Limitation of liability: pd77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pd77 disclaims all warranties — express or implied — relating to the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. pd77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the document. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had not been included.

Entire agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pd77 in respect of your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements.
